အထက္ပါအေျခခံ “ဘ” ေျခာက္လံုး ေမးခြန္းစကားလံုးမ်ားအျပင္ အျခားစကားလံုးမ်ားျဖင့္လည္း အျခားေသာ အေသးစိတ္ အေၾကာင္းအရာမ်ားကို စူးစမ္းႏိုင္သည္။

wh ေမးခြန္းေမးရာတြင္ subject pattern ႏွင့္ predicate pattern ရွိသည္ဟူ၍ မွတ္ပါ။
Subject pattern တြင္ subject ေနရာတြင္ wh စကားလံုး ေျပာင္းထည့္လိုက္႐ံုျဖင္ ့့ေမးခြန္း ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

Predicate pattern တြင္ မူလ၀ါက်တြင္ အကူႀကိယာပါ/မပါ ၾကည့္ပါ။ အကူႀကိယာပါလွ်င္ yes/no ေမးခြန္းေျပာင္းသလိုပင္ ၄င္းေရွ႕ဆံုးမွ အကူႀကိယာကို အေရွ႕ထုတ္ပါ။ ၿပီးလွ်င္ wh စကားလံုး
ကို ၄င္းေရွ႕တြင္ ထားပါ။

When will you leave?

He is doing something.
Is he doing?
What is he doing?

They have been somewhere.

Where have they been?

အကူႀကိယာမပါဘဲ မူလႀကိယာသည္ be ျဖစ္လွ်င္ be verb ကိုေရွ႕ထုတ္ၿပီး wh ကိုေရွ႕ဆံုးတြင္ထားပါ။

Who is he?

The meeting was some time.
Was the meeting?
When was the meeting?

အကူႀကိယာလည္းမပါ၊ မူလႀကိယာသည္ be လည္းမဟုတ္ပါက ေရွ႕သို႔ do/does/did ထုတ္ၿပီး wh စကားလံုးကိုေရွ႕ဆံုးတြင္ထားပါ။
