ကိုးပါသီလအထိ ပါဠိ/ ျမန္မာ/ အဂၤလိပ္ သံုးဘာသာနွင့္ မွ်ေဝေပးလိုက္ပါတယ္

သိကၡာပုဒ္ (၉)ပါး

(၁) ပါဏာတိပါတာ ေ၀ရမဏိ သိကၡာပဒံ သမာဓိယာမိ၊
-သူ႔အသက္ သတ္ျခင္းမွ ေရွာင္ၾကဥ္ျခင္းတည္ဟုေသာ သိကၡာပုဒ္ကို ေကာင္းစြာ ေစာင့္ထိန္းပါမည္။
-I undertake  to observe well the precepts of abstaining from taking the life of any beings.

(၂) အဒိႏၷာဒါနာ ေ၀ရမဏိ သိကၡာပဒံ သမာဒိယာမိ။
-သူတစ္ပါး ပစၥည္း ခုိးယူျခင္းမွေရွာင္ၾကဥ္ျခင္းတည္ဟုေသာ သိကၡာပုဒ္ကို ေကာင္းစြာ ေစာင့္ထိန္းပါမည္။
-I undertake to observe well the precepts of abstaining from stealing other's things  and possessions.

(၃) အျဗဟၼစရိယာ ေ၀ရမဏိ သိကၡာပဒံ သမာဒိယာမိ၊
-မျမတ္ေသာ ေမထုန္အက်င့္ကုိ က်င့္ျခင္းမွေရွာင္ၾကဥ္ျခင္းတည္ဟုေသာ သိကၡာပုဒ္ကို ေကာင္းစြာ ေစာင့္ထိန္းပါမည္။
-I undertake to observe well the precepts of abstaining from the ignoble practice of sexual intercourse.

(၄) မုသာ၀ါဒါ ေ၀ရမဏိ သိကၡာပဒံ သမာဒိယာမိ၊
-လိမ္ညာ ေျပာဆုိျခင္းမွ ေရွာင္ၾကဥ္ျခင္း တည္ဟုေသာ သိကၡာပုဒ္ကို ေကာင္းစြာ ေစာင့္ထိန္းပါမည္။
-I undertake  to observe well the precepts of abstaining from telling lie.

(၅) သုရာ ေမရယ မဇၨပမာဒ႒ာနာ ေ၀ရမဏိ သိကၡာပဒံ သမာဒိယာမိ၊
-ေသရည္ အရက္ေသာက္ျခင္းမွ ေရွာင္ၾကဥ္ျခင္း တည္ဟုေသာ သိကၡာပုဒ္ကို ေကာင္းစြာ ေစာင့္ထိန္းပါမည္။
I undertake to observe well the precepts of abstaining
from taking any intoxicant drank.

(၆) ၀ိကာလ ေဘာဇနာ ေ၀ရမဏိ သိကၡာပဒံ သမာဒိယာမိ၊
ေန႔လဲြ ညစာ စားျခင္းမွ ေရွာင္ၾကဥ္ျခင္း တည္ဟုေသာ သိကၡာပုဒ္ကို ေကာင္းစြာ ေစာင့္ထိန္းပါမည္။
I undertake to observe well the precepts of abstaining
from taking any meal in the post time.

(၇) နစၥ ဂီတ ၀ါဒိတ ၀ိသုက ဒႆန မာလာဂႏၵ ၀ိေလပန ဓာရဏ မ႑န ၀ိဘူသန႒ာနာ ေ၀ရမဏိ သိကၡာပဒံ သမာဒိယာမိ။
-ကျခင္း သီဆုိျခင္း တီးမႈတ္ျခင္း ပဲြလမ္းသဘင္ၾကည့္ရႈျခင္း ပန္နံသာ နံသာေျပာင္းကုိ လိမ္းက်ံျခင္းမွ အေမႊးနံသာဆြတ္ျဖန္းမွ ေရွာင္ၾကဥ္ျခင္း တည္ဟုေသာ သိကၡာပုဒ္ကို ေကာင္းစြာ ေစာင့္ထိန္းပါမည္။
- I undertake to observe well the precepts of abstaining
from seeing and listening such as dancing, singing, playing music, and so using fragrance.

(၈) ဥစၥာသယန မဟာသယနာ ေ၀ရမဏိ သိကၡာပဒံ သမာဒိယာမိ၊
-ျမင့္ေသာေနရာ ျမတ္ေသာေနရာ၌ ထုိင္ျခင္း ေနျခင္းမွ ေရွာင္ၾကဥ္ျခင္း တည္ဟုေသာ သိကၡာပုဒ္ကို ေကာင္းစြာ ေစာင့္ထိန္းပါမည္။
- I undertake to observe well the precepts of abstaining from residing and sleeping on the high and holy place. 

(၉) ေမတၱာ သဟဂေတန ေစတသာ သဗၺ ပါဏ ဘူေတသု ဖရိတြာ ၀ိဟရနံ သမာဒိယာမိ"
-အလံုးစံုေသာ သတၱ၀ါတို႔ အေပၚ၌ ေမတၱာႏွင့္ယွဥ္ေသာစိတ္ျဖင့္ ျပန္႔ႏွံ႔၍ ေနထိုင္ျခင္းကို ေကာင္းစြာေဆာက္တည္ပါမည္။
-I undertake living and keeping with loving kindness upon the living things.
